We place great emphasis on the fresh preparation of mostly regional delicacies. We live in Austria and appreciate Austrian cuisine, which is why we focus on selecting palate-pleasing delights for you. Pair your meal with hot or cold beverages such as unfiltered apple juice or local beer. The hotel has an excellent wine cellar – ask for the wine menu.
Fresh fish from local waters, meat from Austria - preferably from nearby - as well as bacon and eggs from farmers in Rohr im Gebirge, or local game. All these delicious ingredients are freshly prepared and lovingly served in the hotel's kitchen.
We explore nature every day, which gives us a lot. This results in dishes that are fresh and unique, just like the region. Healthy cuisine is part of a good vacation. Here in Rohr im Gebirge, you will experience pleasures that are sustainably beneficial.
